About Us
DreamTeam Adventures was established in 2003, with the aim of offering exceptional team building experiences for a high-expectations clientele.
While our HQ are on the beautiful island of Phuket, for over two decades we have been professionally servicing all popular travel destinations throughout Thailand.
Groups of all sizes and shapes can depend on DTA to provide enjoyable, safe, and beneficial team building events. Organizers will also appreciate prompt and personalized services few in the Kingdom can match.

Our Team
During all DreamTeam events you can be assured that your delegates will be taken care of by enthusiastic, well-trained, and safety-conscious Facilitators. All are passionate about showing groups a great time and helping them grow.
Our core team below is assisted by many part-time and freelance trainers with extensive local knowledge throughout Thailand. Most have been working with us for 10+ years, and share our love for bringing out the best in others.

Yes, we have a wide variety of both indoor and outdoor events on our menu. Some programs can also be conducted hybrid indoor/outdoor style if organizers prefer.
Usually 9.00-18.00 Mon-Sat. However, for urgent inquiries you can contact us 24/7.
Besides plenty of fun and learning, all DreamTeam events include:
— Program design, admin, logistics & execution.
— Dynamic Expat Program Leader with appropriate number of enthusiastic, English-speaking Thai Facilitators.
— All activity materials & equipment.
— Colored bandanas for team identification.
— Sunscreen, Mosquito spray, Hand sanitizer, & First Aid kits
— Cold, bottled mineral water throughout program (outdoor or offsite events only).
— Insurance & Local Taxes.
— Nice Thai souvenir prizes for the best performing team.
In the case of light, or on/off rain, we will usually proceed with the event. We always have rain ponchos on hand for those who need them.
If the weather is adverse to the point where we and/or organizers deem it not safe or too uncomfortable, our go-to back-up event is an indoor ‘Olympics’ program. Fortunately in 21 years of operation we have only had to resort to such a measure very few times.
Yes! Via our prompt and personalized pre-program service, it’s our job to tailor your team building event so as to best meet your specific needs and objectives.
Safety! This is absolutely paramount in all DreamTeam programs, and we are very proud of our awesome safety record over the last 2 decades. Your group is in good hands with our well-trained and conscientious Facilitators!
